Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
The Customer acknowledges having read when ordering, and agrees to be bound by, the following Terms & Conditions without reservation.
The Company provides its customers with:

Product prices are in australian dollars. If the order is destined to any country other than the USA, you are the importer of the product(s) ordered. Customs duties, or other local taxes, or import duties, or state taxes may be requested. These duties and amounts are not within the purview of the Company. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities, and qualified organisations for your country. Products are offered for sale subject to availability. In case of unavailability of one of the Products, the Buyer is notified via the website with the expected replenishment time, if possible. Retention of Title
The products ordered remain the property of the Vendor until full payment is received. In contrast, on the effective date of delivery, the risks (including loss, theft or damage) relating to the Products delivered shall be borne by the Buyer.
No dispute over the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to be duly delivered, as evidenced by the Post Office Computer System (Flashing System).
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of nature, content, and date of the order. The buyer is bound by the information given when placing the order: in case of error in the wording of the addressee’s contact information, the Vendor shall not be held responsible for its inability to deliver the Product.
A new delivery would then be charged to the Buyer.
When confirming the order, the Buyer will have the choice between the following payment methods:
Payment must be made by the Buyer when ordering online. At no time, shall payments be considered as deposits or down payments. All orders are payable in australian dollars, including all taxes and mandatory contributions.

The average delivery times are between 3 and 4 working days and will be made by USPS. The order will be sent 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. The Company cannot be held responsible for any delay incurred by USPS or in case of delay due to a supply problem.
In all cases, any delay in the delivery of the package does not entitle the Buyer to claim damages and interest; we will not be held responsible.
Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the Buyer will check the conformity of these Products. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken Product, damaged package, etc....) shall be reported by the Buyer by contacting Customer Service by email or by telephone, within the shortest possible time. Any claims made after 7 days will be dismissed by the Vendor.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS:
In case of an error in the delivery address, costs for reshipment shall be payable by the Buyer.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES AT THE POST OFFICE, PICK-UP LOCATION, OR DEALER:
In case the package is not recovered, costs for reshipment shall be payable by the customer.
Right of Retraction and Exchange
The Buyer has a PERIOD OF 7 DAYS from the date of delivery to return, at the Buyer's expense, all of the products contained within the order, in order to get the order amount refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your returned products, refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days by the same payment method chosen to pay the order.

These terms and conditions and the contractual relations between the Vendor and the Buyer are subject to US Law. Florida courts have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the delivery location and method of payment agreed.
